Delivery charges are as follows:

Small items (taps,showers,mirrors ect) £8.00 per order

Large/ Heavy items (baths,toilets,shower cubicals ect) £40.00

SNH trade Delivery
Our track record for delivery of orders in between 1 to 3 days from order. The delivery timescale does depend on when you placed your order, so if you order on a Saturday the earliest time you could expect your delivery would be Tuesday.
Please allow up to 14 working days.
Delivery costs
The costs for delivery, is what we pay or less for the delivery of the order to you. We run a 1 delivery charge policy, so you can order as many items as you want for only 1 delivery charge! (Exceptions apply).This in turn is a discount for multiple orders.
Exceptions to the above are the pallet service we offer on large and heavy items. We will do our best to place all of your order on 1 pallet, but if this cant be done we will require additional cost for the delivery.

Delivery timescale for pallets
The delivery of pallets will take a little longer. Once we have sent your pallet, it can take up to 3 days to arrive. The pallet delivery company will contact you on the telephone number you have supplied to arrange a AM/PM delivery slot for you.
Packing
Our packing team work very hard to keep your orders on time. You should expect from us

All items securely packed with bubble rap, air bag system

boxes marked clearly if items are fragile or heavy
-
small items will be delivered in APC 5KG pouches or by post

Invoice attached or inside the box for your order
-
No rubbish stuffed in the packaging
-
we use eco friendly packing material inc the air bags.
From order to delivery
Our team will do their best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible

print off orders and send to the packing dept

packing dept sort orders in dates, checks and packs your items in a professional manner

Courier company collects all parcels
-
delivery company delivers on a next day service
-
if any problems with the delivery or goods, we need to be notified no more than 24 hours after the delivery.
Complaints
If you are not happy with the delivery of your order i.e., unhelpful driver, delivery delayed, please call A.P.C on 01843 596600 and ask to speak to Paul. He will able to sort out any problems with the delivery. If the complaint is about the pallet service, please call Aaron on 01843 842727 who will take up your case on your behalf.
